Frank Testa brings almost two decades of experience in the practice of real estate law. Testa Law Firm focuses on residential real estate transactions, contract preparation, deed preparation, title searches, estate and probate closings, short sale transactions, and closings involving a pending bankruptcy. Frank’s clients often cite his attention to detail, his dedication to their best interests and his vast industry knowledge as reasons for retaining his services time after time.
Originally from Philadelphia, Frank earned his undergraduate degree from Widener University, and then attended law school at Regent University in Virginia, where he served as class president of the university’s American Bar Association chapter. Frank is licensed in North Carolina and has prepared closings and other real estate transactions all over the state on behalf of his clients. Frank prioritizes the value of his clients’ time, and often meets at clients’ homes and places of business to take the hassle out of real estate transactions.
Frank is a member of the American Bar Association. He is a longtime resident of Charlotte and loves to take advantage of the city’s proximity to the beach and the mountains. When Frank’s not working on behalf of his clients, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, participating in church activities, or cheering on his favorite football and hockey teams!
